Description
40ft Shipping Container with End Roll-Up Door & Double Cargo Doors – New
This 40ft shipping container features an end-mounted roll-up door at one end and standard double cargo doors at the opposite end, providing access from both ends of the container.
The roll-up door opens vertically rather than swinging outward, reducing the exterior clearance required to open that end of the container. At the opposite end, the standard double cargo doors provide a wide opening for loading and unloading larger items.
This dual-end configuration can be useful for commercial storage, construction sites, equipment storage, inventory management and other applications where access from both ends of the container is beneficial.

Dual-End Access
This container provides two different access configurations.
At one end, the roll-up door opens vertically, allowing access without the outward swing clearance required by traditional cargo doors. This can be useful where space immediately in front of that end of the container is limited.
At the opposite end, standard double cargo doors provide a wider opening for loading and unloading materials, equipment and inventory.
Having access from both ends can also make it easier to organize stored items and retrieve materials from different sections of the container.
Roll-Up Door
The end-mounted roll-up door retracts vertically when opened, reducing the exterior space required for door operation.
If the roll-up door’s opening dimensions are important to your intended use, please contact Y-Containers to confirm the applicable dimensions before purchasing.
Construction
The container is constructed primarily from Corten steel and includes marine-grade plywood flooring supported by steel cross-members.
Standard corner castings and forklift pockets, where configured, provide handling options when compatible equipment and appropriate procedures are used.
Both door configurations include provisions for compatible locking equipment.
