Y-Containers sells new and used shipping containers and selected modified or configured container solutions from our Smithshire, Illinois location.
2. Products & Availability
Y-Containers offers products based on current inventory.
Product availability may change as products are sold or additional inventory becomes available.

We aim to provide accurate product information. If we discover a material error affecting an order before fulfillment, we will contact the customer regarding the available options.
3. Used Product Condition
Used shipping containers have previously been in service and may show signs of prior use.
Depending on the individual product and its stated condition, this may include dents, scratches, faded paint, surface rust, markings, previous repairs or other cosmetic wear.
Condition classifications and applicable terms vary by product.
Customers should rely on the condition stated on the individual product listing rather than assuming that all used containers have the same condition.
Products specifically identified as As-Is are subject to the terms disclosed for As-Is products.
4. Pricing
All website prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
The applicable product price is displayed on the product page and during the ordering process.
Customers should review the complete order amount, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, before completing payment.
Prices and availability may change before an order is completed.
If a material pricing error is identified after an order is submitted, Y-Containers may contact the customer to correct the order or cancel it and issue an applicable refund.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Full payment is required according to the payment terms presented during the ordering process unless Y-Containers agrees otherwise in writing.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
Y-Containers may cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of product unavailability, material pricing errors, payment problems or suspected fraudulent activity.
If Y-Containers cancels an order after payment has been received and no product has been provided, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is determined based on the order and delivery information provided during the purchasing process and applicable tax requirements.

7. Delivery Charges
Y-Containers uses a flat-rate delivery charge for eligible deliveries within our stated delivery area.
The applicable delivery charge is disclosed before the purchase is completed.
Unless a product or offer specifically states otherwise, the listed product price and delivery charge are separate.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Y-Containers coordinates delivery directly with customers across the continental United States.
Typical delivery is 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, delivery location, site access, weather, scheduling and other circumstances affecting transportation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and suitable access for the equipment required to deliver the selected container.
Additional transportation or rescheduling charges may apply when a delivery cannot be safely completed because the site is inaccessible, unsafe or materially different from the information provided by the customer.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before another delivery attempt is arranged.

9. Customer Pickup
Customer pickup may be available for eligible orders from our Smithshire, Illinois location.
Pickup must be arranged in advance.
Y-Containers will confirm availability, scheduling and applicable pickup requirements before collection.
Customers are responsible for using suitable transportation and properly securing products collected from our location.
10. Container Placement & Site Requirements
Shipping containers require specialized delivery equipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location has suitable road access, maneuvering space, overhead clearance and ground conditions for delivery.
Where reasonably possible and safe, the container will be unloaded at the accessible location agreed upon for delivery.
Y-Containers does not perform site preparation, grading, foundation work, utility connections or permitting unless such services are specifically agreed upon in writing.
11. Modified & Custom Products
Selected products may be modified or configured according to customer requirements.
The specifications, price, preparation time and applicable terms for modified products should be reviewed before purchase.
Once customization or modification work has begun, the order may have different cancellation and return eligibility from a standard product.

12. Order Cancellations
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Y-Containers as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled before delivery may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee, depending on the order status and applicable terms.
Cancellation eligibility may change once product preparation, modification or delivery arrangements have begun.
Custom or modified orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation once modification work has started.

13. Returns & Refunds
Eligible standard products may be returned subject to the conditions and timeframes stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our current policy provides a 30-calendar-day return-request period for eligible standard products.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to customer-paid return transportation and a 10% restocking fee.
Custom, modified and products specifically sold As-Is may have different return eligibility.
Customers should review the complete Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing. That policy governs return eligibility, transportation responsibilities, inspection and refund processing.
14. Product Inspection & Delivery Concerns
Customers should inspect delivered products for significant visible issues when reasonably possible.
If you believe the product delivered is not the product ordered, is materially different from its represented condition or has significant undisclosed damage, contact Y-Containers promptly.
We may request photographs, order information or an inspection to evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
15. Warranty
Warranty coverage varies depending on product type, condition and configuration.
Customers should not assume that all Y-Containers products have identical warranty coverage.

Depending on the location and intended use, permits, zoning approval, site preparation or other requirements may apply.
Y-Containers does not represent that purchasing a container automatically authorizes its installation or use at every property or location.
Customers should consult the appropriate local authority or qualified professional when necessary.

We aim to keep product information, pricing, availability and policies accurate and current.
Website content may be updated when products, inventory, business practices or applicable terms change.
Information on general educational pages, such as our Buyers Guide or FAQ, does not replace the specific product information or policies applicable to an individual transaction.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Y-Containers LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of a product.
