Detailed Description

The 30ft high cube cutdown container is constructed by taking a standard 40ft high cube container and professionally reducing its length to 30 feet. The original cargo doors are removed and reattached to the shortened container frame, preserving the door configuration and functionality. The unit is then repainted, providing a uniform appearance.

The container body is fabricated from Corten steel, a weathering steel grade that develops a protective oxide layer when exposed to atmospheric conditions. This material provides structural integrity and resistance to corrosion, making the container suitable for extended outdoor placement.

The high cube configuration provides additional interior height compared to standard shipping containers, accommodating taller items and increasing overall storage volume. The floor consists of 27mm marine-grade plywood secured over steel cross-members.

The container includes forklift pockets along the base for positioning with standard handling equipment, and lifting eyes for empty container lifting only. The unit retains eight corner castings for handling and positioning
