Description
New 20ft One-Trip Tunnel Container
This new 20ft one-trip tunnel container features full cargo doors at both ends, providing convenient access from either side of the container. Also known as a double-door container, the tunnel configuration makes loading, unloading, inventory organization, and access to stored goods more convenient than with a traditional single-entry container.
With approximately 1,170 cubic feet of interior space, this container provides a compact yet versatile storage solution for commercial inventory, equipment, construction materials, palletized goods, tools, and other general storage applications.
Constructed from durable Cor-ten steel, the container features 28mm marine-grade plywood flooring, steel locking hardware, protective lockboxes at both ends, ventilation openings, and forklift pockets.

Dual-End Tunnel Design
The defining feature of this container is its full set of cargo doors at both ends.
Unlike a conventional container with doors at only one end, the tunnel configuration allows stored goods and equipment to be accessed from either side. This can make inventory organization easier and reduce the need to remove items from the front of the container to reach goods stored toward the opposite end.
Dual-end access is particularly useful for businesses managing frequently rotated inventory, palletized goods, construction materials, tools, and equipment.
The configuration can also support storage layouts where separate entry points at opposite ends of the container are beneficial.
Construction & Interior
The container is constructed from heavy-duty Cor-ten steel with corrugated steel walls and a reinforced structural frame.
The interior features approximately 28mm marine-grade plywood flooring supported by steel cross-members, providing a durable surface for inventory, equipment, tools, materials, and palletized goods.
Both sets of cargo doors feature steel locking bars and secure door hardware. Protective lockboxes at each end provide additional protection for compatible padlocks.
Eight ventilation openings provide passive airflow through the container.

Delivery
Y-Containers coordinates delivery across the continental United States. Delivery requirements and costs depend on the destination, site accessibility, and placement conditions.
Because cargo doors are located at both ends, customers should consider final placement carefully and allow sufficient clearance if regular access to both door sets is required.
Customers should also ensure that the delivery location provides adequate space and suitable access for the delivery vehicle and container placement.
Please contact Y-Containers before ordering if you have questions about delivery access, available colors, dimensions, container specifications, or suitability for your intended application.
