The kitchenette typically includes a stainless steel bench with a plumbed sink, hot water system (standard or ZIP instant boiling water unit), and provision for optional appliances including a refrigerator and microwave . Some configurations include full commercial kitchen capabilities with industrial-grade equipment for catering to larger workforces .

The interior is finished with durable linoleum or vinyl flooring over marine-grade plywood, providing easy cleaning and resistance to high-traffic use . Units are delivered fully assembled and ready for connection to utilities, with pre-installed electrical systems and plumbing connections .
