The 3×2 XL flat pack container is constructed from galvanized steel panels with a RAL 9005 Jet Black powder coat finish. The double coating provides protection against corrosion and UV radiation . The unit features double-wing doors fitted with a two-point locking mechanism .
The floor is made from 22mm OSB-3 moisture-resistant boards with a load capacity of up to 450 kg/m² . The roof includes integrated guttering for water drainage. An integrated natural ventilation system reduces condensation and protects stored items from dampness .
This unit can be assembled in approximately one hour without special tools . It can be delivered fully assembled or in flat pack form. The modular frame design also allows multiple units to be connected side by side or end to end for expanded configurations .
