The 40ft high cube refrigerated shipping container is a thermally insulated unit designed for the transport and storage of temperature-sensitive cargo. It provides additional interior height compared to standard reefer containers, increasing capacity for perishable goods, pharmaceuticals, and other products requiring precise temperature control .

Detailed Description

This 40ft high cube reefer container is constructed with a multi-material design: an outer shell of corrosion-resistant steel, an inner lining of stainless steel, and high-performance polyurethane insulation layers in between . The high cube configuration provides approximately 1 foot of additional height compared to standard containers, increasing the cubic capacity to approximately 67-68 cubic meters (2,366-2,408 cubic feet) .

The integral refrigeration system is typically equipped with a Carrier, Thermo King, or Daikin unit, operating on a three-phase power supply (380-460V, 50/60 Hz) . Advanced microprocessor controls regulate internal temperatures, ensuring cargo integrity throughout the transport chain.

The aluminum T-bar flooring supports forklift loading and allows cold air to circulate efficiently around cargo, maintaining uniform temperatures from floor to ceiling . The stainless steel interior is bacteria-resistant and facilitates cleaning between loads .
