At Y-Containers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipping container.
To be eligible for a return, the container must:
Be in the same condition as delivered.
Not have been modified, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Be free from excessive wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Be accompanied by your proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
Custom-built or modified shipping containers made to customer specifications.
Containers damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.
Products returned after the 14-day return period.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Your full name
Photos of the container (if applicable)
The reason for your return request
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or damage during delivery, the customer is responsible for all return transportation and shipping costs.
The returned container must be shipped only after receiving return authorization from Y-Containers.
Inspection
Once your returned container is received, it will be inspected to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the returned container has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping, delivery, installation, or handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your container arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and work promptly to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment or delivery scheduling. If your order has already been prepared, shipped, or is in transit, cancellation fees may apply.
