At Y-Containers, we are committed to delivering your shipping container safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and important delivery information.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Order processing time:  1 to 2 days (Monday to Friday)

Order transit time:  5 to 7 days (Monday to Friday)

Order deadline: 10:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Total delivery time: All destinations: 6-9  business days
 

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weather conditions

  • Transportation availability

  • Carrier delays

  • Local regulations or access restrictions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, Y-Containers cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Shipping Charges

We offer a simple and transparent shipping rate:

Flat Rate Shipping: $450.00 per order

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote or difficult-to-access locations

  • Expedited delivery requests

  • Special equipment requirements

  • Delivery locations with restricted access

If additional fees are required, our team will contact you before shipment is scheduled.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery location is accessible for the transport vehicle.

  • Adequate space is available for unloading and placement.

  • Any required permits or site approvals have been obtained before delivery.

Failure to provide a suitable delivery location may result in additional delivery or rescheduling charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide shipping updates or delivery scheduling information when available.

Customers may contact our support team at any time for order status updates.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, customers should carefully inspect the container before accepting the shipment.

If any damage, defects, or discrepancies are identified, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting sales@y-containers.com and providing photographs when possible.

Shipping Delays

Y-Containers is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Carrier operational delays

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed regarding the status of their shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.

Additional fees may apply if a shipment must be redirected, rescheduled, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
